      Pros

      The location was nice to be able to grab lunch.

      Cons

      You have to work 9 hours, and only get paid for 8.5 and did not get paid for lunch. I would work through lunch and could never leave early. 1st year there you only get 3 vacation days. Pay was TERRIBLE, management was nice but they were the type to talk behind your back. Told me I would wear many hats and not get compensated for it.

      Pros

      I have been working at Franc for a little over a year now and it has been amazing. This company is family owned and operated. Owners are always available to help, teach, and listen. Because of this, this company has a very close and bonded group of employees. I cannot say enough about this company. Working here has been incredible
