Pros
This company was a complete joy to work for and with. I will always be indebted to them for everything they did for me and my career. They work hard and play hard. All of the leaders are true "servant" leaders. They will do anything for you to help you succeed in all areas. Everyone at the company...yes, everyone, is awesome!
Cons
I don't have any; however, if you are a negative person who likes to be in a dark environment, you might want to shy away from Freije.

Nice fellow employees. Environment is clean and pleasant. A few trying to make a difference. Gym.
Cons
Family business which could be Ok, but they have blinders on. The rules change every week as another reviewer said. Management has an arrogant attitude, and takes zero suggestions. Opinions or suggestions are not allowed, and are best kept to yourself. Changed how they went to market, and is leading to the Companies downfall. Looks like they have changed it again, and now looking for door to door salespeople!
