I just left FSA about a month ago to go into business for myself. Prior to my employment at FSA, I was looking for mentorship and was having a hard time. The team here is great. They take their time teaching you not only skills, but habits that increase your earnings dramatically. If you are willing to grow and learn, you will love this opportunity. Also, weekly paychecks are a plus.
Cons
Long hours and benefits don't kick in until 90 days after you start.
Team oriented work environment with a great training program. Started here in may after graduating MSU with a business admin degree in MGMT and economics. Challenging projects with fortune 500 company's we work with but the team got me up to speed quickly. Will really push and enhance your communicate and management skills working here and the experience from working is teaching me everything about business and the advertising and marketing feild. Expanding company that is always opening new senior level positions.
Cons
The cons would be the hours. Work is from 10 to 7 30, 5 days a week. Gave 4 stars not 5 for compensation because 401k matching doesn't start till after 3 months.
