      Great company to work for with great products. Nutritional industry is a competitive industry to be in but rewarding. Exciting field to be in.

      Cons

      Very competitive industry to work in. Hard to compete with the large nutrition companies. Pricing is hard to compete with large companies .Can't compete with their advertising budgets.
