Pros

I sincerely did some self reflection and couldn't find anything good about FSK perse.

Cons

The owner has a utterly disgracing selfish mindset. He loves to pamper staffs who are under performing just because he/she agrees verbally to whatever he says 🤣 He decides to terminate top sales just because they have a mind of their own 😜 He always threaten to sue Consultant if you were to leave his company ( bear in mind this company will be your last recruitment job, else will receive lawyer letter ) LOL He will call consultants into the room more than 10 times a day , and expects .. expects ah ... people to OVERTIME . if you do not do so , you are not putting in effort 😪 ( please purchase sleeping bag when you join) Bonuses are given to staff who are loyal to him ( their "HR" can blatantly edit Consultant contract and ask everyone to re sign . Terms and condition underlying can change easily also.. be prepared to eat high blood medicine when u join.

Pros

There are some nice people...

Cons

...and then there are some dogs, the favorite pets of their owners. This is a place where mediocrity is celebrated, and bootlicking is rewarded. The main strategy of the company is to hire cheap, provide (horrendous) in-house training, and squeeze everyone dry. Expect to work after office hours, on weekends and even while on leave. Speaking of which, applying for leave has been one of the main challenges faced by employees. As a recruiter, you are expected to do more than just recruitment. You should be ready to take on all kinds of administrative and PA tasks - and you need to excel in these as well. To round it up, the management is full of empty promises and blatant lies. They have absolutely no intention to develop your career. You are just one of their pawns, made use of to win accounts and churn revenue, before they spit you out.

Pros

There are many empty seats, so you get to pick your seat. Still not satisfied with your seat? No worries, you will have new seats to choose from every now and then when people head for the exit.

Cons

I could write an encyclopedia on this. But to keep things simple: Very poo management - Company headed by a "management" team with no recruitment background whatsoever, and behaves as if they know the industry inside out. Their 19th century style of "management" is outdated, laughable and it is simply embarrassing to be even associated with such a company. Suffocating work culture - The "management" runs the company like a military camp, coming up with all kinds of rules and processes as and when they like, with absolutely no need to justify their actions. But then again, even a military camp has certain standards with their standards, all this company has are double and triple standards. Lack of resources - It's amazing how the "management" can have the audacity to expect sky high returns with next to zero support for consultants. The company wants to expand, but is not willing to invest. The company wants to profit, but all that the "management" knows is to cut costs.
