Learning a new industry. And overall US Bank is a good place to work. Just not under FSV.

Cons

Too political, no innovation or willingness to improve processes, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, favoritism, no room for growth or learn new things, a lot of empty promises, too much division between U.S. Banks culture and FSV culture. The US Banks standards of ethics is DEFINITELY NOT displayed in this business line. Corporate needs to clean house there are is a ton of bad management here. Lots of secrets and lies to decieve employees.
