Dear Reviewer, Many thanks for taking the time to write your FT review; we have excellent facilities and great coffee! We're saddened to hear the feedback regarding not feeling as though you are given open and honest communication. Over the last two years during Covid, we have tried to ensure that all relevant information is passed on to those who should be aware. However, if you have any further suggestions on how to communicate best, we are always open to new and innovative ideas and have several ways of feeding this back to us anonymously, including the suggestions box and QBU form. When any colleague sadly leaves FT, we do carry out a thorough exit interview in which the individual can inform us of any issues or areas for improvement; therefore, please be assured that we are aware of all the reasons why a person may leave, which are incredibly varying. Since the 'Working at FT Technologies' video was posted in 2018, colleagues featured in the video have since left for new opportunities, to relocate or for other reasons. However, we're also pleased to report that some of these employees have returned to FT, which is fantastic; we're delighted to welcome them back. We are always open to new ideas and constructive feedback, so please don't hesitate to speak with your line manager or anyone in the HR team. Many thanks for your continued hard work. HR Team
