Overall great place to work, the atmosphere is casual and friendly, and management is always approachable, and they do a great job of setting clear expectations and providing updates on company-wide goals. Some positions have the ability to work remotely. FTL does a great job of recognizing employee accomplishments. They are big on working as a team and frequently provide lunches and offsite happy hours for the entire team.

Cons

Parking during busy seasons like Christmas and Festival weekends since they are located on Main Street.

I've worked with FTL Finance for 8 1/2 years and in every department you'll find a supportive leader committed to the company and their employees. I've seen countless people blossom in their careers there. I encourage everyone to follow them on LinkedIn - where you'll see the fun their having while providing a valuable service to homeowners. In recent years, they've really invested in their technical departments and have continued to evolve as a group, even though they've been around for a long time.
