      Nice spaces in office to work

      zero culture, leadership needs major improvement, wfh flexibility on paper but it’s actually frowned upon, no real structure or organization operations, unclear on future of company, etc.

      Lots of exposure to different vendors, friendly staff, can be fun and hectic at times, but overall a great place to work. Like the small town vibe.

      Lots moving parts when it comes to running this business. Can difficult to get everyone on the same page. Overall the team makes it work.
