      So much more of a human way of doing business compared to many corporate jobs, very family oriented and amazing flexibility .

      Cons

      No structures for increasing skill level (training) or career advancement . Older way of thinking, not much openness and motivation to change/innovation.

      Casual dress code and free takeout for otherwise uncompensated required overtime.

      Cons

      Upper management pressures young employees to stay late and get drunk. Not going to bars negatively impacts career. Cult of personality defines corporate climate.

      Good entry Level job, but no opportunity for upward movement

      Good stepping stone for a career in Information Systems, Free Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, Decent Benefits, Flexible Schedule, No dress code.

      Cons

      No upward movement in the company, Management plays favorites and personal feelings/grudges outweigh professionalism and good work ethic, outdated IT equipment, poor pay, the office is extremely dirty and outdated.
