The locations works well due to being close to Macquarie Park Shopping Centre

Working environment, management has no idea about business; . Sadly driving a great company and great people in to the ground. Much stress leave, people leaving with no job to go to as it's that bad, think they can cover up redundancies, shutting down of a department and the staff are too stupid to notice. All the company $ are invested in sales people only and they are leaving in droves, not on systems, IT which are so old they are unworkable most of the time it is hard to deliver anything - "how do we have customers?" is a question often asked.

Wonderful regular kind friendly amazing people, who are the FXA glue which sadly is now coming apart! I have worked here for over a decade and have never seen staff so jaded, overworked and mostly ignored. Great building. I love my job, have always loved it. Still love it. Will always love it.

Cons

Current FXA upper & middle NEW management,manage in my opinion appear to be using fear tactics, lack integrity,have giant egos, hire family & friends without advertising the roles and allegedly have many practices and procedures I have heard and been privy to that are questionable! No salary review or increases in 3 years plus they treat support staff with disdain. Yet appear to spend insane amounts of money on their own select group, all of course in the name of and under the banner of the business! Forcing staff to take a leave day Nationally with 2 days notice when by law Im pretty sure it is required staff are given 28 days notice, then sending out an email saying if any one has an issue to contact one of the most senior managers in the Nation, this FXA is managing with fear as no one will have the courage to question it for fear of being blacked marked and losing their jobs. HR appear to act on complaints about Management but nothing is ever done so it doesn't improve or change. So many examples I have so little space to type them!
