There are so many inconsistencies, misleading information, lack of transparency, absence of leadership, unethical, and contradictory statements from this studio. 1. Unprofessionalism in every single aspect. 2. Lack of leadership and project management ran by the same person. 3. Lack of cultural fit. Having opinions about the performance of the studio might be silenced. 4. Lack of compensation if assets are not used for the project, so reading the contract meticulously before signing it might be helpful. (Honestly, apply to a different company). 5. Look out recent graduates, or artists lacking experience working for the industry. 6. Roles are not completely defined to the artists, no software provided or training. 7. Unprofessional last minute requests and cancelations. 8. Might showcase work from canceled projects to advertise the studio. 9. Project management might be chaotic and frustrating for artists. 10. Lack of communication. 11. More unprofessionalism... Every person working for the animation (or any) industry should be treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism but this studio lacks all mentioned above!!
