unprofessional & uneducated management Their whole system is disorganized from the owner giving away so much free stuff to his friends etc + his kids doing the same no one really knows what’s going on Lots of nepotism and undeserved treatment / favoritism which makes it almost impossible for advancement If you bring your own value they try to belittle/ discredit it to try and control you
