Incredible team that genuinely cares (and shows it too)
Pros
Incredible room for growth and knowledge sharing. Collaborative, playful, but also demanding (in a good way). I am consistently challenged and if I bite off a bit more than I can chew - the team always is there to help me through anything I don't completely understand. Group activities like annual camping and quarterly hangouts groups (voted upon social or learning topics) make us feel like family (a non-toxic family). Easily upfront and honest with management, their door is always open for ways that things can improve, or if you're having issues. There's a lot more but if I keep on I feel like people will think that I'm a bot or something.
Cons
Paid less than what the median Glassdoor salary of a VFX Artist, but who knows if those numbers are right, or what other details are involved.
