      -Good colleague -Convenient location for now -Half nice office design

      Cons

      -Good place to work with as just need to please 1 person. All other are negligible expect the inner circle. -Best place to prove nepotism thrive while meritocracy is close to dead unless you fulfil the first point. -Good place to know new people as turn over is high for the no of staff available.
