Free two eyewear every year, job is easy, co-workers are nice and very close to where I live.
Cons
HR who self declared themselves as the overall in charge, the idea about servant leadership is a big joke because of the above reason they act like Gods. The employees are treated like their servants. The big bosses from the head office are nice and friendly the total opposites of the people who manage Delta lab. They treat the employees with disrespect and accused them of cheating without basis and when confronted with their accusations they don’t even have the guts to say sorry. Often times their HR is so aggressive with employees and very confrontational. Never listened to explanations. Everyone are accused of lying or cheating without basis, it’s so degrading to be in this situation especially when all you have is your dignity.
