      Too much micromanagement, no vision of top management, no ground knowledge, No appreciation of good work, but ready to be on crosshairs for any revenue deficit, in the name of standardising they will give you a 15% increment if your rating is 4/5. Long working hours so yeah.... Get ready to be a slave.

      They don't care about individual career growth CTO is arrogant and unprofessional.All he cares about is deadlines even if code is buggy. Long night hard work, not smart work no work life balance will not even give 1 day for learning, how will they give platform to evolve as a company/team?

      I had such a bad experience here: it is no place for female staff. Biggest problems is the management ceo and other top level management. They really do not care about the employees or anyone. They live in dreamland: worst company ever. No work life balance no employee friendly policy they even combine weekend in leaves. If you want to learn something do not come here. This place is one of the worst.
