Pros

Great brand legacy, willing workers, VERY nice people.

Cons

Old management styles & thought. Many "change" initiatives at once. In the effort to steer the businesses through a difficult period in the brand's history, too many change strategies in action at once. Dysfunction which was decades in the making will take time to dismantle. Many product formats stuck in the 80's. Craft vs technology makes competition for today's consumer dollar difficult. Focus on digital and online sales channel strategies, it requires forward thinking, not simply (catch up) strategy.

Pros

Faber-Castell (Adel Kalemcilik) is international, colorful and sociable company in Turkey. FC Turkey have a lot of benefits because they are affiliated with the Anadolu Holding.

Cons

They are little bit traditional for R&D and manufacturing line. But that's specifically about FC Turkey.
