Pros

Free outfit evey month. Other than that, no real perks.

Cons

no work life balance, poor upper management all the way to the top. very little communication and knee jerk reactions were a big thing. Upper management not only had favorites, but seemed to encourage this behavior. Everything was ran with a Soroity type feel. If you didn't like that, you would not do well here.

Pros

•The free outfits as uniforms every month •The discounts •The product is of real high quality •Fabletics wants to give the best experience to its guests as possible •There are some (emphasis on some) managers who REALLY know their stuff and are great role models •The opportunity to give and receive feedback •Learned what kind of leader I want to be and what kind of leader that I don’t want to be

Cons

For a company who says it values their employees, they sure do burn them out pretty quickly. I understand that business is business, but companies can’t make money without their employees. There are stores that are hemorrhaging, but when the staff ask for help from the district management, the DM turns a blind eye and only pays attention to the top performing stores. The top performing doesn’t need that much help; we needed help and no one was or is there for us. In my district, favoritism and cliquiness were (and still are) common themes. And I know that because I was a favorite…. and that made me uncomfortable but you have to play the game to succeed I guess Dripping of girlboss energy. If you’re into that, then by all means this is the place for you. The company just needs to look inward and work on its culture just a little more healthier and realistically

Fabletics Response

As a company, we continue to develop and expand our growth and development programs for retail employees, as well as training programs. We are consistently seeking feedback from all employees to determine how we can best assist with a healthy work-life balance. We continue to explore new ways to do so, including the recently launched “Style Your Day” program which offers dedicated days for employees to focus on professional development, to recharge, and to catch up on work -- however they like. We are also implementing our first Fabletics-wide “Week of Rest” to help employees rejuvenate and come back to work revitalized. We appreciate your feedback, and will continue to develop and expand our growth opportunities.
