Remote work, employer paid benefits, great teams to work with, collaborative teams across the organization, intelligent hard working employees
Cons
Upper management tends to take a fairly hands-off approach. While that has its benefits, the downside is that in a remote environment it can be easy to get overlooked for promotions in favor of those who have stronger in-person or personal relationships with leadership.
