      Wide range of business in design, engineering, and kitchen solutions. 40Hour Work Week for Managerial. Flexible Time Allowed. Management is open for negotiations if you perform really well.

      Cons

      Culture can be a bit strict and conservative given the corporation's background and being a locally grown organization. But on the way to improvement.

      There will be a lot of opportunities to learn since you will be working with experienced professionals who are very much willing to impart knowledge

      Cons

      No sense of responsibility from other department. You have to follow up your requests multiple times especially when you are coordinating with senior level employees. The company does not hire additional staff which results to more workload to existing employees with no merit increase
