For Sales there is no job security. Biggest con. Problem is with the director itself, No culture and not a good place to work. It will be nightmare, Only think of this company unless you were left with no option.

Role clarity not there, roles and responsibilities keep changing continuously, your reporting manager keep changing after every 6 months company can FIRE you at any time for not any reason. company's incoming and outgoing of employees are huge. dirty politics in departments further demotivate you to work in this organization
