      Pros

      Free tanning & redlight 50% off product $10 spray tans, $25 staff eyelash extensions Regulars for the most part are the sweetest people You work by yourself, independent most times Easy to make friends with the other girls working 10% commission on all products you sell (excluding services) During slow hours you can sit and study. Great job for students.

      Cons

      Low pay Horrible (and I mean HORRIBLE) ownership Multiple broken things in our studio, owner is slow to fix Head office is scared of our owner, won't take any action Higher ups tend to be insanely cliquey Tends to be very gossipy No benefits

      Working alone. Meet new people but horrible place to work trust me DO NOT WORK HERE

      The worst owner in Winnipeg I have ever met, extremely condensing. Always rude with NO respect to her staff at all will literally insist you to the customers and will take away commissions if store isn't spic and span which it never can be with her...rude and horrible owner if jealous of you she will fire you in a minute
