      Co workers are great and services are structured.

      Cons

      Completely taking all the money for themselves. No room for negotiation from management and owner. Only some people get 4% commission for services. 7% commission on products and only $12 hourly to start. Lowest paying esthetician job you can find. No benefits or PTO offered.

      -Pay is base + commission -Decent location -2 weeks of training -Great products -Affordable prices

      Cons

      -Favoritism -Different rules apply to different people -I think the store I work at is a tad prejudice. (They fired one brown girl & they're pushing the only other brown girl out by being petty)

      The team they hired was great The other estheticians were so fun to work with

      Training was rushed and inconsistent The owner gaslights team members to make herself feel more competent Management had no experience managing a store and it was very clear Managers and owner were very rude for no reason Not receptive to questions, concerns or comments No room for growth Lack of accountability Over promises and under delivers
