it is very apparent the business owner does not care for the employees. There's discrimination, inequality, and major favoritism that happens at this establishment. The estheticians are angels but it's very hard to feel empowered to make choices and not feel like you are being reprimanded for everything you do. Owner is a major micromanager and will watch everything you do while your on your shift. Owner invades personal privacy and us wildly gossipy. Pay is very unequal with everyone. Overall just not a good person and customers realize the turn over rate is very high. A lot of clients have canceled due to the constant change of employees. No PTO or benefits are offered to the employees as well. No opportunity for growth Save your money and go somewhere else to get serviced and do not apply to this establishment

The turnover is absolutely insane. I was there for about 7 months and I can’t count how many employees came and gone. I thought I had a wonderful trusted relationship with the owner but she lied to me and played me. Told me all the wonderful things I was doing and then replaced me completely with the person who was supposed to work alongside with me as an equal. Didn’t even have the guts to terminate me herself. Had the replacement do it. And without ANY notice. At the end of the working day I finally had to ask if everything was okay because she hadn’t been communicating with me anymore. Threw me out like garbage with 2 kids at home (one special needs) with no notice to even look for something else.
