Horrible run company

Pros

There is not a good reason to work for FaceTime. Management has made bad investments in the past and is trying to stay afloat by questionable practices. There is always an excuse that is never FaceTime's fault, but it doesn't take long to realize where the fault lies.

Cons

Irregular pay schedule. If pay day falls on a Saturday you will not get paid until the next business day. Also they won't give you the check until after 5:00 PM on that day. Hope there is not a holiday mixed in there. Being put in morally questionable situations. Knowing everyday you are going to have to lie to someone to cover up a management decision. Unrealistic time lines for projects. Micro-managed to the point of ridiculous. Required to be available 24-7 and I am not kidding it is 24-7. There where several late night and weekends. If you worked till 2:00 AM you where still required to be in the office by 7:00 AM. and chastised if you where not. Management has a temper and makes decisions based off emotion at the time. Similar to a French dictator in the 1800's.

Pros

I can't think of one single thing I liked about working here.

Cons

Late paychecks, never paid on time. Losing clients. Lack of communication. Company laid off staff and went into bankruptcy. Had to take a loan out. Never paid vendors on time.
