Great staff, diverse patient population, opportunity for research. Well organized EHR and ability to connect with outside resources for patients. Best for new physician experience.

Cons

Wages below national standard, clickish factions within physician group, lots of back stabbing between physicians. Unable to express or share opinions without concern for political backlash. Many physicians leaving who can't or won't fit into the mold; seasoned physicians aren't made to feel welcome.

Close to home variety of people to work with.

Cons

Tight micro management one tends to feel like a child not an adult. Not enough areas for advancement. Supervisors and managers are not experienced or well trained.

The pay and ability to move up with in the company as long as your have a BA of some sort.

Cons

Too focused on company growth and has become religiously oriented some management doesn't deserve the title.
