      High quality firm with good lawyers. Culture decent considering it's big law.

      Cons

      Fails to staff intelligently or use technology effectively and fails to push work down effectively, creating undue and unnecessary billing pressure because partners do associate work and associates do paralegal and administrative assistant work. Don't understand why clients put up with that.
