Faethm AI is a company that has a strong mission to identify people across industries globally whose work will change because of emerging technologies. - The product has excellent machine learning and data science behind it led by the Chief Data Scientist Richard George. - There are still many people who believe in Faethm and are driven to make it succeed. - Faethm has a strong data scientist team, as well as analyst team.
Cons
- Unfortunately, for an organisation which is driven by mission to keep people in jobs (The Faethm solution identifies which jobs will be automated or augmented and provide a corridor to train/upskill) it does not invest in many of its people. - The product still has a long way to go in order to provide actionable daily insights for business as usual with its clients. - Management has yet to make a decision to invest more in the product to ensure it can be a software tool that is truly a necessary solution for those without 3-5 year training/skills and strategic workforce plans such as big government. - Several key people who worked in 2020 and 2021 ( Chief Operating Officer; CTO; VP of Partnerships, UK; Engineers; Business Development / Sales) left because of better opportunities elsewhere or were not invested in because of mismanagement. - Also some employees who did hard work on building the platform and preparing architecture (Data engineers) simply disappeared. - Faethm AI has a strong opening position as a company that want to make an impact but it needs to work on better communication with its team to be successful in the future. - Also not to lose some of the best people in its organisation in future.
