      Losing so much work cause all they care is about them and not employees.

      Pros

      Worked with them about 10 years when the Fagens were the owners now it's owned by like 9 employees and all they care about is to fill thier own pockets. Terrible benefits, insurance is free but deductible is like $6000. Bonuses if they like you over $5000 but if not $1000. They don't care about the employees and that is why they are losing so many good hard working people. They have gone down the drain. So sad that it was a great company and now there's nothing left.

      Cons

      Everything! If they like you they will fly you and get paid to sit at home but if they don't they will fire you without being able to claim you pto or anything. Terrible company

      Pros

      Having the sky be the limit, if you are accepted by one of the approved clicks. Great place for fake people to work! If you like drama and politics, this is your company!

      Cons

      Not being accepted by above mentioned clicks and realizing doing your job and doing it well is not enough. Kiss the right backside and you will go far.

      Pros

      They give you a hard hat, vest and gloves but you gotta give them back.

      Cons

      If you foget hat, gloves or vest you have to buy new ones. They tell you you can retest in a given amount of time but they change the timeline again and again. The pre-employment test is slanted toward previous Fagan employees.
