I see that you listed yourself as a former Corporate Trainer with the company - and we are sorry that this field did not work out with you because as you said above, we do offer unlimited growth and help with personal development. However, because integrity IS one of our core values I think it is prudent that I point out - if you were in fact a Corporate Trainer within our company you would have been involved in the current hiring process with our newer employees. This would mean you knew the full breakdown of the compensation structure which DOES include an hourly base pay, so your comments above lead me to believe you did not make it that far in your training. In the world of sales, there will always be competition - anyone who has ever worked in the field knows this. We are 100% invested in the individuals who commit to our company and are visibly working toward a long term future with us. If you were struggling financially, I am sorry, however anyone who works with us does have the opportunity to receive commissions ABOVE the hourly wage and we would never have stopped anyone from taking advantage of that - in fact, we encourage it! Lastly, we look in the mirror every morning and think to ourselves "The future is bright, and we look good!" Best of luck to you in your future endeavors.
