Dear Former Employee, Thank you for your feedback. While we acknowledge that each person's experience is unique, we also recognise that short, anonymous comments make it difficult to fully understand the specific touchpoints that may have led to your frustration. That said, we do take all feedback seriously. It’s important to note that our most recent staff satisfaction survey showed an encouraging and growing trend in positive employee experiences across the Group, with many colleagues specifically highlighting our culture as a key motivating factor in their work life. We remain committed to building an environment where people feel supported and valued, and we’ll continue working to ensure that’s the experience for as many of our team members as possible. Temporery Job for anyone

Pros

There are no pros about this company sadly.

Cons

Working at this company and dealing with HR or the CEO is not something you want to do as you will be under valued and put under stress you do not deserve as your not doing 5 peoples jobs in their eyes. Every meeting you go to with the CEO that is on a weekly base will end with him making up something that was not done that was never requested in the first place. This will be a temporary job for you as the turn around in this company for anyone from any department is at a 70-80% most people leave withing 3-8months. If you don't get like seen before threats for legal action / or your legal cases disappear at The Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) Also, be clear some are their for some time but never get any further in their positions sadly never promoted and always someone new coming in taking that possible spot.

Dear Former Employee We must respectfully disagree with the points you've raised. Our company strives to create a positive and supportive work environment for all employees, and we have systems in place to address any concerns or grievances that may arise. Each position has a job description that is given to the employee before commencing employment. This job description details an individual's KPI's and that is what is used when measuring an employee's performance. It is a thorough and clear process of how employee performance is measured. Should any positions job description need to change, it is done by consulting with the employee and agreeing the new job description. It is therefore inaccurate to say that there is a new expectation each week and that more than one person's job description is expected of an employee. Contrary to your assertion of a 70-80% turnover rate, our recent review of turnover rates across our entities shows that they are generally in line with or better than industry norms. We are committed to retaining talent and fostering long-term relationships with our employees. As for your comments about the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA), it's important to clarify that the company has no influence over the CCMA process. Any cases brought before the CCMA are handled independently. Concerning your comments about HR and the CEO, we are dedicated to fostering open communication and transparency throughout the organization. We encourage employees to raise any concerns they may have so that we can address them appropriately and maintain a positive work environment.
