Pros

NO pros at all working here.

Cons

I resigned after years of working here and building their CRM data base to pull faulty reports for their non profit clients. When I decided it was time for me to resign and give a good notice, the owner told me I only worked there for a green card and cut me off. Deceitful and this is the honest truth.

Pros

The chance to work with amazing clients and support nonprofits doing great work.

Cons

-The pace is incredibly fast and stressful with little to no onboarding. Managers on leave are not replaced, putting more work on junior staff. -New staff are belittled for making mistakes/asking questions. -The head of HR told me I was using a learning disability "as a crutch" when I asked for accommodations, then denied it when confronted. -Staff constantly gossip about and compete with each other. There is no trust. -CEO regularly belittles staff by publicly "grading" them on presentations and other work products. -Management is unprofessional and inappropriate.

Pros

Doing meaningful fundraising work for low grade non profit organizations.

Cons

Everything from ownership to upper management, very political and radical. They treat people using identity politics then lie to their parents company about it..after they talk poorly about them being money hungry, but will call them to throw mid level employees under the bus for their mistakes. They are not true leaders or teachers. If you stand your ground, they try to bully you and the agency in itself is a mess and so unorganized because the arrogant and incompetent owner, along with her groupies (who dislike her) can’t get it under control and they don’t even offer training or help. Benefits also stink. Please be careful before accepting a position at this horrible workplace.
