Doctor are understanding and shows a lot of care for there patients. Not only that the work schedule are great there hours are M-F 8-5.

Training class need to be more organized.

Secure employment, coworkers are very nice and friendly, set work hours, full time health benefits
Cons
Supervisors of admin and billing dept. are the Worst, pay is low you will only get cost of living raise, overwork employees, no apprecation of anything but they expect the best

Pros
Overall, the providers and staff members do a great job at getting through the day because there are a lot of moving parts to this practice along with a heavy patient flow. There is always another provider to give a second opinion to the attending provider or staff member.
Cons
Training for new coming employs is pretty disorganized. It can be difficult to work with a wide variety of personalities among providers and staff along with the fast pace and patient flow. The thing that annoyed me the most was being told how to do a certain task one way by one provider and then a different way by a different provider. Training should be more uniform.
