The pay isnt terrible. Saturdays are only 9-12

Cons

It is very hard to advance here. If you are in tight with certain people who will go far. If not it will take a while. There is a lot of nepotism here as well. The company does not take into consideration travel during snow. Il No bonuses at christmas time if you make incentive. Some customers start to be like family, some treat you so horribly and there is no support from management. There is alot of drama, stay to yourself and you will be fine.
