      Busy but Enjoyable atmosphere

      Pros

      I love my coworkers, and the hours are pretty good. There are weekends, but no late nights. The pay is also a pro, particularly with the inclusion of tips.

      Cons

      The upper management in Chicago leaves something to be desired. They are disorganized and very corporate minded, which is the opposite of what I want in a quality coffee shop.

      Great culture and atmosphere, but beware the slow hours!

      Pros

      Free drink and meal with every shift, awesome co-workers, pretty relaxed dress-code.

      Cons

      Due to location currently (lots of construction, western edge of Fulton Market), some days get really slow, so tips are low, and it gets almost boring.
