      If you dont do your job (which is insanely easy) they will know. If you struggle having discipline with freedom, this job isnt for you. If accountability isn't your strong suit, save us all time. If you have hidden behind others work from your office and called yourself leader, they will see it fast and you will be terminated. Hardwork and High Reward is our culture.
