Pros
There truly were some great coworkers who cared about their work and tried to support one another (until fired/laid off). Some teams did meaningful work before the major organizational changes. That’s unfortunately where the positives end.
Cons
Leadership consistently makes major decisions without notice, explanation, or understanding of the consequences. More than half of the company has been laid off this year, including people who were on PTO. Job security is nonexistent; the environment runs on fear and confusion. Employees are expected to sacrifice personal time, sanity, and work-life balance for workloads that are clearly unreasonable. Only those who flatter or blindly agree with leadership seem to keep their jobs, not those who do good work. Benefits and support that once suggested a healthy work environment have been stripped away. Leadership is openly dismissive and unprofessional, and feedback or boundaries are not welcome. Since the new CEO stepped in, transparency, trust, and stability have rapidly declined.
