Some people are friendly and actually do work. Some people are also trying to create positive change within the company, but cannot do so because of the owners.
Cons
There are multitudes of cons here. The biggest one is the management. The owners have no clue on how to run a company and do not seem to care. This company reeks of nepotism. Do not expect to be paid nor treated well unless you are part of the family. Most people here are not properly trained because a lot of the upper management are not qualified for the position in the first place.
