Great money but bad management. Now that they have been bought by Mitchell it could get better.

Pros
Made great money. There was no training. Fortunately I had experience to adapt and hit the ground running.
Cons
Management treats employees with little respect, use them and lose them. Little work life balance. Benefits are not great. Management did not communicate to employees. Secretive and enjoy draining, using and firing people.

Pros
Fairpay was an exciting company to work for. They were willing and able to spend the money necessary to build up their network infrastructure in order to prepare their business for the next level.
Cons
At times management was extremely secretive to lower level employees, in my opinion without any real need. They also tended to treat some of the lower level employees with little respect. It was a running joke as to who's turn it would be to get terminated this week.
