Pros

Manager is transparent sharing latest info, although phones market changes dynamically, we still very organized contents with clear every week focus and open minded with flexible working environment.

Cons

No unite system and format that from commercial, sales to procurement, supply chain team, sometimes people read the msg differently will cause additional misunderstanding or double work.
