      This company is awful. They are a startup and they have no operating procedures in place. Senior leadership will place additional stress on employees with no direction on how they would like you to proceed with issues. The leaders of the company will speak to you anyway they please and are often very disrespectful. The average turnover rate is 3 months for new employees. Don't accept the high pay that they will offer you, you will regret it later. Every department fights with each-other and nothing ever gets accomplished. You will be on calls more than you are able to do your work.

      Lots of open jobs because people quit or get fired

      Cons

      Hiring new people only to lay them off within 2 months. Property accounting function has moved to India. Other departments are also moving off shore. Do not leave a decent job to come here. They've lost 2 huge management deals and another one is under review with HUD. Sinking Ship! Turnover is almost 70%, that includes corporate. Ask about their turnover when you interview. If you're dumb enough to leave your job to come here, don't make friends because one of you will be gone quickly.

      Flexible hybrid schedule. Had some decent training. Liked my direct manager

      woooooo boy! Let's start with the executive team. They are petty not only to each other but towards lower level staff. They also have some serious rivalries with outside folks. They laid off approximately 10 percent of the company the week before bonus payouts. Those jobs are now being done by incompetent contractors in india who we all trained. Blatant favoritism, along with every other "ism". Very little in the way of corporate governance. Very inexperienced HR department, doesnt know how to handle the basics of their job.
