      Pros

      No micro management, higher-ups are very open to discussions and getting all employees input on decisions.

      Cons

      No cons I can think of in the moment. The company is growing very quickly and the more people we get, the work flow efficiency will improve for everyone.

      Pros

      This company has people who are simply the best at the industry at what they do. Faith Group does all sorts of low voltage and related technology systems consulting. They adapted during Covid-19, remained profitable, and personally helped me through the toughest experience I've ever dealt with in life yet.

      Cons

      The work is hard if you're new to aviation or consulting. Long hours are not required, but if you want to be at the same level that everyone else is you put them in. The environment is very passionate, so if you're passionate about what you're doing there this only lasts for so long until you're up there with everyone else.
