      Pros

      Money and Parking, Free Lunch, No human resources polices, free coffee and water.

      Cons

      Dave Mac is the worst person anyone can every work for. No matter what anyone does , no matter what a person says, it's never good enough for him. This place has a very high turn over rate. There are no human resources policies, Dave Mac will spend most of his time making a person feel dumb, and worthless. No one should work for him, he also has other companies in the same office , Creative Lighting Solutions and Delta Funding. Do not work for him unless you want your life/career ruined.

      No Pros, the CEO is just down right mean, and cruel. The CEO tries to belittle you as much as possible , The CEO doesn't value hard working people, I currently work there, and have been hired and fired more times than anyone should.
