I can't name a single one!

Pay, management (constantly changing because the owner is one of a kind), just look in the job searches, they are always hiring. That's because it is so unprofessional. Amazing this company can still operate and get job contracts. I guess being the cheapest around has its perks! Driver pay is garbage along with the pay of management!

Only pros was you were home every night.

Old trucks,old trailers,dispatch was a joke wanting you to run over your legal hours. The pay was pathetic, surprised they still in business

I worked with some of the best employees in the industry...

Cons

Upper management cares only about upper management !! When things got slow in 08-09 upper management never looked at themselves for reductions in pay...they decided to "lay off - fire" those they thought were making to much money.... Their facility in Gary, IN best reflects their Values.....spend less make more !!!!
