I have joined as a junior mobile developer in this company, got several opportunities to work in various mobile applications like native, hybrid apps. I worked with many enterprise clients and got experience about domain knowledge. Flexible work culture. Follows the agile development methodology in all the projects. Open environment for learning new technologies in mobile application development.

Noticed negative feedback about the company which is actually inappropriate to the company. I have been working in the company for the last 1 year, I don't think any of the employees has been terminated from the company. Long back some of the employees has been relieved due to the project closure and company has given them a sufficient notice and the pay. They are all relieved with good note and settled in their career. I would appreciate, if any of them who got affected by the company can directly walk in to the company and solve their issues if any, instead of spreading wrong message about the company. About the company : - Working on Overseas Clients Projects and Products. - Follows Industry standard procedure on the SDLC. - Freedom to experiment and Innovate. - No hierarchical barriers. - 5 days working company. - Pay Salary on the last date of every month. - Matches Industry Standard Salary - Flexible Management - Friendly Atmosphere - 100% Statutory Compliance

I was started my carry in Falconnect, Best part of Falconnect Technologies is every employees thoughts are valued. This is the right place ,if you want to know how a successful start up function. Friendly environment, no senior , no junior ,all are same . Innovative idea are most welcome from anyone.
