CEO and top management mistreat employees. Just saw a video with Tom Siebel talking about the Covid 19 crisis destroying 5 out of 10 struggling startups in the Silicon Valley - Falkonry is definitely in this group can you say paying “karmic debt"

Product is unique and effective at delivering predictive results to customers with a tool that puts the power of data science in that hands of operators. Market is hot with a ton of interest. Companies are willing to pay just to evaluate the software. Software delivers as promised. Employees are incredibly smart and willing to help in any way that fuels success.

As an early stage company resources are light but growing. Global opportunity requires working around the clock
