Famepilot is a good software company to work. The founders Rohit Sir and Sukriti Ma'am are collaborative and supportive in nature. They are easy to approach and the best part is they LISTEN to your ideas and perspective. There is also no room for politics, which is great. One of the most appreciative parts is that there is no designation-based inequality. Both newcomers and senior employees are treated equally and fairly. I would like to continue working here. I also want to appreciate the company's focus on quality service. They have built a great AI- powered ORM product and they keep on innovating.
