It's like working with a family. Everyone cares. People seem to really want to make a positive difference in healthcare. The clinical staff work their butts off and the doctors and nurse practitioners really put their souls in what they do.
Cons
there are many cons that come standard in the healthcare industry, I can't think of any that specifically pertain to families first. There has been some turn around (I'm not sure why) I think after that changes we will have an even stronger team.
