      The work was interesting and varied.

      Cons

      Unsafe work environment during pandemic. No covid protocols in place or enforced. General dislike of employees by management, causing fear in employees and their unwillingness to speak up regarding their work concerns in general. Pay not commensurate with experience and education.

      Pros

      Staff up to middle management is generally supportive and helpful. It's easy to make friends here. The work is interesting, and there is a lot of opportunity for growth and development, thought it may not be directly rewarded.

      Cons

      Devoted legacy staff that has been there for decades has caused upper management to take all staff for granted. Typical family owned business activities like favoritism, nepotism, and modernization at a glacial pace. No retirement matching, parental leave, and little flexibility with schedules.
